Venue for Show: Clearwater Place Events

Last Wednesday I was able to visit Clearwater Place Events and think it would be a good place to host the show. For a weeknight it is $2750, and that includes chair set up and table set up. It can seat 428 people, but does not have a stage available. So we would either need to rent a stage or go without. They have an A.V. system with two microphones, and television monitors that can connect to the system but no projection screen. They have a "recommended caterer" which means we would have to use that caterer, their name is "West Michigan Caterer". I feel that the pictures I took didn't do it much justice, so I added one from their website that I feel accurately represent the space and show what our set up would probably look like. Overall, I think this would be a really nice venue to use and they seem accommodating. Unfortunately, she hasn't gotten back to me with the available dates (when I toured, she said that she would get back with me because a few had been on hold for a wedding). I plan to follow up with her tomorrow, and can update this blog post when I get the answer of availability. She wasn't in the office today when I tried to reach her.
