Production Manager Responsibilities

Hey All!!

After debating it over and voting my job for this years Capstone Show is (drum roll please) PRODUCTION MANAGER (as seen in the title...). My responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Casting the models
2. Overseeing the design and construction of the set
3. Supervising hair and make-up artists
4. Directing the lighting and music crews
5. Aid in communications and PR
6. Aid in stage management
7. Aid in merchandising
8. Aid in organization and budgeting
9. Assist Director
10. Aid Model Coordinator

I am basically an assistant to the fashion show director and will also be dabbling in all the other jobs as well, wherever I am needed.
