Director Responsibilities
Director Responsibilities:
1. Plan Budget
2.Track expenses
3. Communicate with venue to nail down details throughout the semester
4. Oversee other positions and assist where is needed
5. Keep a digital or physical journal to keep written record of everything
6. Organize catering if we choose to cater the event
7. Facilitate communication between everyone to make sure I know what is going on in each dept. to ensure progress is being made
8. Delegate unforeseen tasks amongst other people and myself
9. Come up with backup plans for common things that could go wrong day-of-show to ensure day-of-show goes smoothly
10. Send out invitations to show
