Fredrick Meijer Gardens Venue Information
Fredrick Meijer Gardens is only Available on April 25th.
There is, however, a massive amount of construction taking place that is not
scheduled to be finished until 2023. We would need to rent out the Huizenga
Grand Room from 6:30pm to 11:30pm which costs 1,900. I have pdf documents for more expense breakdowns and catering options if anyone would like access to those. Below is a break down of what
I think are relevant expenses.
Venue rental- $1,900
Seating included
Huizenga Grand Room Projector Package- $830
(2 LCD projectors, 2 projection screens, 2hours of Technical Labor)
The Presenter Package-$150
(1 lectern with microphone, 1 wireless PC remote, 1 wireless lavaliere microphone, 1 audio patch for laptop sound)
DJ Sound System (DJ services not provided)-$250
(2 powered JBL speakers, 2 powered JBL subwoofer, 1 DJ mixer with built in CD player and Bluetooth receiver, 1 wired microphone, up to one-hour tech assist)

Black Pipe and drape (per panel-I think we’d need 3)-$65
Stage sections (6’X8’) -$50 per panel
Audio visual technical labor- $65 per hour
Food/ Catering
Petit dessert displays (30 piece minimum per item)- $2.25 each
Cookies and brownies- $1.50-$3.75 each
Beverages (per item)
Bottled water- $1.50
Assorted Canned Soda- $1.75
Coffee-$2.00
Hot Tea- $2.00
Iced Tea-$1.75
Lemonade- $1.75
